GAME ON - EDUCATION is a not-for-profit organization registered in Moldova as of 2019. While the organization was formally established in 2019, our commitment to educational projects began earlier. The first project, "Game On Summer Camp Moldova," commenced in 2016, laying the foundation for our mission to provide an individual and holistic approach to education.

The timeline of Game On

2016

LET THE ADVENTURE BEGIN

The launch of the 1st summer camp. It took place from June 6th - 16th at Orizont High School in Chisinau, Moldova. It was a day camp. We had 22 children between the ages of 7 and 10.

BE CREATIVE, SPREAD THE MAGIC

The 2nd summer camp took place from August 15th - 25th in Vadul lui Voda, Moldova. It was an overnight camp. We had 42 campers aged between 8 and 12, from 22 different regions. We aimed to retain those from 2016 to empower them as leaders, facilitating the integration of newcomers.

CHALLENGE YOURSELF,
BE YOUR OWN HERO

The 3rd summer camp took place from August 15th - 21st in Vadul lui Voda, Moldova. We increased the number from 42 to 60 campers, and the age from 8 -12 to 9 - 13 years old. The participants came from 25+ regions across Moldova.

BREAK FREE, CREATE
YOUR OWN SYSTEM

The 4th summer camp (and the biggest one) took place from August 19th - 25th in Vadul lui Voda, Moldova. We had 80 campers, aged between 10 - 14, who came from more than 25 regions of Moldova.

GAME ON IN UKRAINE

The launch of the 1st summer camp in Ukraine. Game On Summer Camp Ukraine 2019 took place from August 15th - 19th at Fresh Camp, near Kyiv. We had 20 campers, aged between 10-12, who came from different regions of Ukraine.

BE FLEXIBLE, THE WORLD
IS CHANGING

Unfortunately, due to the global health situation, Game On Summer Camp Moldova 2020 didn't take place. However, we stayed connected by organizing many virtual meetings which helped us to feel closer to each other and cope with the situation better.

Edu123 - Career Orientation Programme

The goal of this project was to guide 50 children, between the ages of 14 to 15, and to lead them towards subjects, hobbies and passions they will be drawn to in their futures. By focusing on 5 specific areas, they explored a range of topics, and were provided with valuable knowledge, to support them in choosing a career they will succeed in. This project was carried out and organized as online workshops to adhere to safety measures.

As we eagerly anticipate Summer 2024, our sights are set on nurturing a fresh generation of children, aged between 8 and 10. The Game must go On, and so must our commitment to creating an environment where each child can be challenged and supported individually.
